Are you a legit company?
YES.  Our primary company is GameDinner.com, LLC.  We are a legal and active NC Company that owns the (TM) for Team Backyard Bow Pro.   Visit the NC Secretary of State website to verify our active status in good standing.  Also search the Trademark Section to verify that we have Backyard Bow Pro™.

Is Backyard Bow Pro separate from GameDinner.com, LLC?
YES....in late 2011, we incorporated Backyard Bow Pro as a registered nonprofit (NC SOSID 1234242 Documents filed: 12/15/2011).  We immediately made application for 501c(3) Tax Exempt Status with the IRS.

Why does the website say “GameDinner.com”?  
GameDinner.com is our parent Company.  We originally combined the sites to encourage folks to explore ALL that we have to offer.  Our primary goal at Gamedinner.com  is to introduce the non-hunting/non-fishing meat eating public to professionally prepared game meats and, subsequently, our Hunting Heritage.   In late 2011, we incorporated Backyard Bow Pro as a Nonprofit Organization and will be splitting the sites by mid summer 2012.  

When I sign up as a Backyard Bow Pro do I automatically get to hunt new land?
No.   This program is not a lease or hunt club situation.  We are simply offering your credentials, tools and support to allow you to pursue your own private hunting grounds.

If I secure my own new hunting ground, do I have require that my guests be Certified Backyard Bow Pros?
We cannot tell you how to control your property, HOWEVER, if you use the credentials that we give you and make promises to the landowner based on our program, then we recommend that you stick to the program and require all your guests to participate.  You are jeopardizing yours and our merit if you do not, and you could lose your property as quickly as you’ve retained it.

If I’m a Certified Backyard Bow Pro, does that mean that I can hunt on another Team Member’s property? 
No.   However, it’s our hope to grow such a large network of crime free hunters that we can put programs in place, such as a swap hunt program, that will benefit all of the members.

Are there any “hidden” fees?
No.  The CrimShield Crime Free Verification check is $54.95 paid directly to CrimSield.com and the New Membership as a Certified Backyard Bow Pro is $95 (Regular $145).

Are there any renewal fees?
Yes.  The CrimShield Verification is an annual requirement to stay active with us and is $54.95 annually paid direct to CrimShield.com.  Your Backyard Bow Pro membership requires a $15 annual renewal and includes new business cards and decals.

Do you allow Gun Hunters to participate?
Yes, however, Team Backyard Bow Pro is built on Proficient Archers and their ability to “work” in communities and municipalities where guns are not feasible or permissible.   You must be able to pass the proficiency test WITH a compound bow, crossbow, or traditional long/recurve bow in order to qualify fully for the program.

If a landowner will allow it, can we use guns to hunt on the property?
Of course, Yes.  Your agreement with that landowner is between you and him/her.   We only ask that you continue to adhere to our code of ethics and also strongly suggest that you participate in our program fully.

Does Team Backyard Bow Pro offer insurance?
Team members can link up to Outdoor Insurance Group through our website and purchase a Master Club Policy that covers all team members and all landowners (totalling up to 2,300 acres) for one low price.  

Do I have to participate in food relief programs?
YES.  By committing to our code of ethics, you are also committing to donate at least a portion of your venison harvest to those less fortunate in your community.  NOT fulfilling this obligation would directly undermine our effort.

I’ve never heard of Farmers and Hunters Feeding the Hungry until now, how can I find out more?
