Our first annual "Big Game and Beer Tasting" event was held on January 24th, 2008 at the Crest Center in Asheville, NC. The event was a huge success. We were able to raise money for the Farmers and Hunters Feeding the Hungry organization and introduce many folks to an elegantly prepared 6 course meal featuring game meats from around the country. Our co-host for the evening was Oscar Wong and his Highland Brewing Company. The food and beer pairing by Chef Allen Dye was amazing. Many stated that "it was the best meal" they'd ever had.
